This comfortable family home that has been designed and constructed with great attention to detail and quality. It has been built in a traditional Mallorcan style with local stone and attractive wooden shutters. It is furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with all modern amenities. It has two entrance gates one pedestrian leading to the front door and the other for vehicles leading to a large driveway. The gardens and terraces are attractively landscaped on different levels and are planted naturally with cacti, olive and citrus trees. The main swimming pool terrace is to the rear of the Finca and offers fantastic views across the countryside to the sea beyond and has a large heated swimming pool, sun loungers with cushions, a glass topped table and protective sun parasols. Adjacent is a separate BBQ area. Comfortably furnished balconies with beautiful views lead from the lounge and kitchen areas, with stairs leading down to the BBQ area, swimming pool, sun terrace and garden. To the front of the Finca there is a walled and gated entrance and driveway. Leading from the entrance gate there is separate access to the guesthouse and stone stairs lead down to the front door and landscaped gardens.
