The origins of this historic country estate date from 1232 in the Islamic period of Mallorca. According to historicians, this area was chosen by Muslims to plant olive trees. It is a beautiful country estate that remains in excellent condition thanks to its owners who did a full renovation in the 70s and still maintain the property immaculate. Despite being an old building it has lots of light, great views over the fields, mountains and even the bay of Palma. On the right there are is another house for the servants with living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Through a staircase leads to a spectacular tafona (olive mill) completely renovated and in excellent condition. In front there is access to the main house comprising 4 living rooms, kitchen, pantry, guest toilet, 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
